Contractors, dear god. We have multiple Karens that have decades of experience working with and consulting on contractors. There are good contractors that you’ll cherish more then your closest friend. There are straight up conman contractors that ghost you out of thousands.
Look, if you don’t have experience working with contractors, just get a Karen to consult. You will have a better experience with a Karen in your corner.
Or, you can risk having one of those contractor stories instead.
