“I purchased my used car from a used car dealer that my girlfriend knew the manager. The car was a 3 year old BMW with low miles. So on the drive home from getting it, the engine light came on. We immediately called the manager. He said yeah it’s no big deal. Just take it to BMW and have them “clear the code”. The dealership was good. They said it looks like a misfire so you can’t just “clear” it. They said could just need new spark plugs. I said ok. I didn’t have a problem doing a routine maintenance repair. Well that didn’t work. They did a deeper diagnosis. Well they said my car needs either $4756.00 or a new engine. We called the dealership I purchased it from, and they were not accepting responsibility. They offered to give me a fraction of the want was needed. So I started looking into lawyers when my friend said, try Karensforhire.com. I laughed. He said no his parents use them. He said they are cheap and get the job done. I checked out the site and said why not. I told them my story, I found out real fast why their name is The Karens! They were madder then I was. I provided all the information I had. They got assurances from the dealership doing the repairs, that they would stand by their work. Then there was some back and forth with the manager of the place that sold me the car. My Karen said, “I was nice, until it was time not to be nice.” Lol. The fee was $75 which was fair, considering otherwise I would have had to pay a lawyer way more. 10/10 recommend.”

"Southwest Airlines ruined my vacation and a friendship. After canceling our flight last minute (like when we were already at the airport), and being unable to get us to our destination until after my friend’s wedding would already be over, we were out hundreds of dollars between our non-refundable hotels, car rental and flights. I immediately called Karens. They were as outraged as I was and immediately working to make us whole again. Before the day was even over, they were able to negotiate a full refund on all our hotel nights, our car rental that was to have a $150 cancellation fee and our flights, including the return trip. They also secured 2 $200 Southwest Vouchers for use on a future trip. It didn’t make up for the disappointment, but it helped to ease the pain. They even offered to write a snarky text to my friend when I told them later that she hasn’t spoken to me since. Life is better with Karen on your side."

"The Karen’s are great! I had a blighted and abandoned house across the street from me, that’s been there for years. The neighbors got together and tried to get our “community group” to take care of it. Unfortunately, they were not able to get anything done. We discussed getting a lawyer, but no one really wanted to commit that kind of money. They felt it was the city’s financial responsibility. So I looked into other options.
