Blight
Blight is a hard one here. How did the property get these scars?
A lot of things factor in but, blighted real estate can be infuriating or even saddening. Every area has ineffective rules or policies to address blight.
Most local politicians will say:
“We have a long term plan to eradicate blight and clean up neighborhoods.” —Not a great plan.
“We have an army of volunteers.” —Well, we have a Hulk! And it’s a Karen.
Sometimes a letter is enough. Sometimes we go to court. Either way it’s fine.
The Karens are on it.
